Nadia Sawalha was left lying on the floor after she took an unexpected tumble during a savage game of tug of war on Loose Women live on Thursday.
This Morning hosts Josie Gibson, 39, and Craig Doyle, 53, cut over to the studio for the ladies to reveal what was coming up on the show, before chaos broke out.
As Kaye Adams, 61, spoke about nostalgia and the sports days, Denise Welch, 66, blew a whistle while Nadia, 59, and Myleene Klass, 46, began a tug of war.
However as the popstar and Nadia went head to head, it seems the former didn’t know her own strength as within moments Nadia was slammed to the floor.
As her co-hosts were left in hysterics, cameras showed Myleene trying to her help her pal to her feet.
Through fits of giggles Josie asked: ‘Is Nadia alright?’ as Craig chipped in: ‘That wasn’t meant to happen, was it?’.
Reassuring fans at home Kaye placed the blame at Mylene’s feet declaring: ‘She pulled [Nadia] straight off her feet!’.
It come just a day after showcased her gorgeous figure as she slipped into a black bikini for one of the hottest days of the year.
The broadcaster , who is known for her body confident displays, shared a hilarious video with her Instagram followers as she accidentally punched her husband.
Summoning up the nerve to climb into a cold jacuzzi on the hot day, Nadia recruited her husband Mark Adderley to help steady herself as she climbed in.
Warning her husband she shouted: ‘Mark! Do not push me. It is very very cold and you will regret it.’
Holding Mark’s hand, Nadia tentatively moved one leg in but was struggling to fully commit.
Hoping to encourage her, Mark then began to splash her as she exclaimed: ‘I hate you from now until all eternity.’
And as she began to push against her husband trying to get her into the water her defenses took over and she accidentally punched him straight in the jaw.
Both Mark and Nadia were overcome by surprise as they then played the punch back in slow motion.
Apologising in the caption, Nadia wrote: ‘Whoops ! That really was an accident ! He is ok NOW!
‘Weirdly mark_adderley said it cured his headache!!’
Replying in the comments, Mark joked: ‘For total transparency – she did in fact knock some sense into me’.
Fans were left in hysterics as they reacted in the comments with a series of laughing emojis.
