Katie Price Confronts New Legal Problems in Turkey During Cosmetic Surgery Break: Are Her Social Media Posts to Blame?

Turkey has banned the use of adults-only platforms after people were uploading what they have classed as ‘obscene’ photos and videos online and on social media

Katie Price could face more punishment while in Turkey.

The star jetted off for even more plastic surgery recently. An arrest warrant was issued in the UK after she failed to attend a bankruptcy court date.

But the mum-of-five, who has slammed suggestions she is running from her legal issues, could face the wrath of the Turkish government now too.

The country has strict laws restricting the use of adults-only platforms.

Turkish social media stars have also been arrested for distributing “obscene” content. However it’s not clear what sort of punishment they would face.

Katie, 46, has been uploading content to her subscription page while in Turkey, according to The Sun. She offered subscribers the chance to see a saucy snap while she is out there.

For an extra £10 on top of the £12-a-month fee, Katie said: “Babe, I’ve got this sunbathing selfie video for you today. I hope you love it. Showing my new boobs in this tiny, tiny bikini.”

She also reportedly offered up am £8 snap from her hotel. The reality star said: “Hotel room selfie just for you babe.”

Katie is out in Turkey after getting a face-lift in Istanbul. She’s out there with boyfriend JJ Slater and her eldest son Harvey.

But she may want to re-think her social media use while out there. One Turkish content creator, using the name “Sarem Uysal”, was arrested this year for her “semi-naked” Instagram photos.

It would be a new telling off for Katie, whose issues back in the UK largely stem from her finances. Last month, an arrest warrant was issued as she did not attend a bankruptcy hearing.

Judge Barton said: “It is in my judgment necessary that the court issue a warrant for Ms Price’s arrest. She has no real excuse in failing to attend today’s hearing. The reason for her absence today is irrelevant.”

She has also been ordered to pay £25,000 in costs, as well as monthly instalments of £12,500. Katie had reportedly agreed to pay but had not at the time of the hearing.

Turkey’s strict laws on adults-only platforms have caught the attention of many, including British celebrity Katie Price. While in Turkey for plastic surgery, Katie could face consequences for sharing what some consider “obscene” content on her subscription page. Turkish social media stars have already faced arrests for similar content, leaving the repercussions for such actions up in the air.Despite the looming legal issues back in the UK related to her finances, Katie continues to push the boundaries with her online content. Offering exclusive photos and videos for a fee, she recently shared a saucy bikini snap and a hotel room selfie with subscribers. However, these posts could potentially land her in trouble with the Turkish government, which has zero tolerance for explicit content on social media.Katie’s decision to jet off for more cosmetic procedures in Turkey may have seemed like a good idea at the time. Still, with the strict regulations in place, she might want to reconsider her social media activity while abroad. A well-known Turkish content creator, “Sarem Uysal,” faced legal consequences for sharing “semi-naked” photos on Instagram, setting a precedent for others who disregard the country’s laws.As Katie navigates her legal troubles in the UK, the addition of potential repercussions in Turkey adds another layer of complexity to her already tumultuous situation. With an arrest warrant issued in the UK for failing to attend a bankruptcy hearing and mounting costs to pay off, Katie is facing a challenging time both at home and abroad.Follow us for further updates on this story and other important information.
