Jennifer Lopez‘s style seems to have reflected her mood as her marriage to Ben Affleck hit a crisis point in the spring of 2024, with the pair heading towards a divorce.

The “Let’s Get Loud” singer loved showing off her figure in sexy outfits when the pair began dating again in 2021 after their failed romance in the early aughts. 

After they married in July 2022, Jennifer still wore body-flaunting outfits, but also took on a much more romantic style, wearing lots of pink, lace and other feminine looks.

By the time the pair’s marriage hit the skids, J. Lo’s wardrobe became conservative, casual and somewhat drab. 

She began wearing tan and olive shades, along with turtlenecks, coats and other items that hid her figure, as seen in photos.

After reuniting in April 2021, Jennifer showed off her killer abs in a tight crop top while attending The Last Duel premiere with Ben in New York City, as they pair gazed at each other, looking so in love.

Jennifer wore a plunging pale blue gown to Ben’s red carpet premiere of The Tender Bar.

July 2022

Honeymoon bliss! Two days after eloping to Las Vegas, J. Lo donned a bright red, low-cut braless sundress while walking arm-in-arm with Ben in Paris.

Jen was still feeling herself and confident in her marriage, wearing a black dress with a push-up top to a celebration of life service for Miami socialite JR Ridinger alongside her husband.

February 2023

The “On the Floor” singer wore a gown with a hip-high slit to the Grammy Awards, where Ben became a meme for looking so bored and unhappy while sitting with his wife in the audience.

November 2023

In one of her last truly “J. Lo” outfits, the superstar wore a sexy black dress with massive cutouts to the Eastern Congo Initiative Poker and Blackjack Tournament in Las Vegas with Ben.

December 2023

The Hustlers star showed off plenty of underboob in a sculptural metal top to Elle‘s Women in Hollywood event. Ben appeared unhappy and found it hard to crack a smile in many photos.

January 2024

Jennifer looked ultra-feminine and romantic in a pink gown with large rosettes while attending the Golden Globes with Ben. Although she was all smiles, the Argo actor again didn’t appear to be enjoying himself.

One month later, J. Lo released her album of love songs devoted to Ben, titled This Is Me… Now, as well as a revealing documentary, The Greatest Love Story Never Told. In it, Ben bemoaned her love of living their life so publicly, as well as being upset that she shared his private love letters to her.

In their last photo before going 47 days without being publicly seen together, Jennifer wore a conservative tan turtleneck, wide leg jeans and a long black coat in New York City.

May 19, 2024

Ben and Jen briefly reunited for her child Emme’s school concert in Santa Monica, California. Afterward, the pair went to dinner at West Hollywood’s private Soho House. The Wedding Planner star wore an unseasonably heavy outfit consisting of a turtleneck, long coat and loose trousers, all in a drab olive-green color.

On May 15, an insider told In Touch exclusively, “The writing is on the wall – it’s over. They’re headed for a divorce – and for once, [Ben’s] not to blame!”

By then, Ben had moved out of the duo’s $60 million Beverly Hills mansion and into a $100,000 a month rental home in Brentwood, California.

May 24, 2024

Jennifer looked downcast, donning a baggy white sweatsuit, although she did carry an expensive Hermès Birkin bag that matched her toned-down look.

On May 31, she cancelled her summer tour, telling fans, “I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down. Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary.”

Promoter Live Nation announced that that Jennifer’s tour had been scrapped because she was “taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.”
